How do I pay for services?

Depending on whether you are self-funding or an insured patient, you will have the facilities to make any payments at the centre. Payments can be made by cash or card machine.

Can I bring family or friends to my appointment?

Family and friends are welcome however no children under the age of 16 are to attend the appointment unless accompanied by another adult.

I have insurance. How does this work?

Firstly, check whether your insurance is on our verified list. If that is not the case, we would suggest you contact one of our members of staff to discuss whether there have been any further companies approved for this list.

If your insurance company is on the list, then you will have provided all your details on your patient registration form and a member of team will be in contact regarding the process.
